It is a dessert wine with 16% of alcohol content produced by drying grapes mostly from indigenous Dalmatian varieties. Vintage: 2010. Grapes for prošek are harvested late in the season, the berries are already dried and shriveled, and the aim is complete grape dehydration in order to increase the sugar content and after the fermentation those wines contain up to 120 g/L of sugar. “A bit sweet, very fragrant. Try a sip or two.”
